Jonathan K. Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2002, where he also excelled as a member of the men's basketball team. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2005. While attending the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jonathan received the Cali award for his seminar paper on capital punishment and the 2005 Oexmann Writing Award.
Following graduation, Jonathan joined Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A., as an associate attorney in 2005, where he devoted his practice to the areas of medical malpractice, long term care abuse, products liability, wrongful death and general liability cases. Jonathan left Bush, Graziano & Rice, P.A. to join another local insurance defense firm where he continued to practice general liability cases, insurance coverage issues, bad faith and transactional and corporate law. Jonathan continues to practice in the areas of medical malpractice, long term care, general liability, construction law and various insurance defense related matters. Jonathan additionally devotes much of his practice to the firm's corporate clients where he focuses on the organization of business entities, drafting and negotiating contracts and counseling small and closely held companies in various compliance related issues.
Jonathan is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
